Kim was amazing! I was a first-time homebuyer with marginal credit and a mortgage agent who was difficult to work with. Kim went totally above and beyond to educate me through the entire process and was always easily available and worked with my schedule. From teaching me the ins and outs and pros and cons, and using all of her contacts to assist, finding a house that meets my needs and fits within my mortgage guidelines, to helping me battle with my lender and agent when she found me my dreamhouse. She was able to get me a quick sale that worked with my prior lease ending. She then worked with the seller to fix things up to her standards before signing. I am so lucky to have found her and to have had her by my side. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking!
Kim was wonderful! She answered all questions before I had a chance to ask, she walked us through the process of buying (in Groton) and selling (in Lowell), and made it as easy as possible. When hope was lost, Kim never gave up and kept fighting for us, and she made it all happen. I honestly believe this would not have happened with any other agent on our side. Kim is kind, generous, extremely helpful, and she was wonderful to work with. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars, the highest of recommendations to everyone I know!
Kim McKean was an absolute joy to work with, and I would recommend her 100%! I had the unfortunate task of having to sell my mother's townhouse in Hudson, MA, after she went to an assisted living facility, and Kim was so knowledgeable in every aspect of the process, which made a difficult situation so much easier for me. Kim's expertise goes well beyond real estate; she also knew how to handle the Condo Association Trustees and the Lawyers on both sides of the sale.
