Kim is a full-time REALTOR® who has been helping people buy and sell homes across Massachusetts since 2014. Her clients count on her for clear guidance, smart strategy, and honest advice that makes every step of the process less stressful and more rewarding. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, Kim combines up-to-date market knowledge with a warm, approachable style that makes clients feel both confident and cared for.
A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Kim brings not only local insight but also a professional background rooted in marketing and communications, with a bachelor’s degree from Babson College in Wellesley. She continues to sharpen her skills through weekly training and has earned designations as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). All of this translates into one goal: making sure her clients achieve theirs - whether that’s finding the perfect place to call home or simplifying and maximizing the sale of their property.

1) She was always available. I have a job with crazy hours and Kim always managed to get back to me right away. Better yet, she was always super supportive of working around my ridiculous schedule.
2) She is organized. I am a neurotic, type A, control freak. Not only did Kim put up with this (with grace by the way), but she blew my mind with how on top of everything she was. This is probably my highest compliment for her. I really felt like I could trust what she was doing.
3) She is flexible. If last minute I wanted to check a place out that I had found online, she had a way of making it happen (and very quickly I might add).
4) She is friendly: You just want to hang out with her because she is fun.

For the sale of our home, Kim went above and beyond to ensure that our house was ready to sell, and for a great price. She spent the time to sit down with my husband and I. She talked us through everything. She came back and conducted a walk through of our home and pinpointed little things that we could do to really make our home more attractive to potential buyers! She helped us find a handyman to do small repairs, a carpet cleaner, and someone to come clean our house before the open house to make sure it sparkled!
